用RESiFeMg合金作球化剂,浇注了铸态Y型球铁试样,观察到试样断口上出现颜色深浅各异的灰色斑点。分析认为:颜色较浅的灰斑对球铁的抗拉强度和伸长率没有明显影响,而颜色较深的灰斑则降低球铁的抗拉强度和伸长率。认为通过以下措施可以基本消除灰斑缺陷:(1)设法减少Mg和RE硫化物的含量,防止其偏析;(2)适当提高铁液中w(C)和w(Mn)量、适当降低w(Si)量,有利于消除铁素体引起的灰斑;(3)采用多个小浇包浇注,缩短浇注时间,减少球化衰退。
The Y-type test blocks were poured with RESiFeMg alloy-treated nodular iron melt, and it was found that there were gray spots of different shades on their fracture. It was considered according to the analysis, that the gray spots with lighter color had no obvious influence on the tensile strength and elongation of the nodular iron, however the gray spots with darker color reduced the tensile strength and elongation of the nodular iron. It was considered that it's basically possible to eliminate the gray spotdefects by adopting following measures : a) try to reduce content of sulfide of Mg and RE, and avoid their segregation; b) properly increasing w (C) and w (Mn), and reducing w (Si) would be beneficial to eliminate the ferritecaused gray spots; c) Pouring castings with multiple small ladles to shorten pouring duration and reduce nodularity degeneration.
