摘要
服务均等化是公共图书馆的发展方向。迈向服务均等化的公共图书馆,需要重构其管理。一是引入物流管理,形成新的文献信息资源采集、典藏、组织、调配和流通、利用管理机制;二是重组部门架构,实行"以人为本、权责相依"的绩效管理制度;三是加强公共关系管理,积极参与公共文化服务体系建设,开展各项社会文化活动,广泛听取用户的批评、建议,以便争取更多的支持和改善公共图书馆均等化服务。
