摘要
为研究喷雾冷却在金属切削中的冷却效果,并揭示其换热机理以及换热效果,设计了传热学实验装置。以PCL-711B数据采集卡为基础,结合放大电路完整地设计了整个采集装置,并运用LabVIEW编程,实现了温度的保存和显示。实验结果表明此采集装置能够很好地满足温度采集在准确、快速方面的要求。
The heat-transfer experiment device will be designed to study spray cooling in metal cutting of cooling effect, and reveal its heat-transfer mechanism as well as heat-transfer effect. This article taking the PCL-711B data acquisition card as foundation, combining amplifying circuit to design the entire gathering equipment, with the LabVIEW programming to realize the temperature saving and displaying. The result of experiment shows that the equipment is well to meet the accurate and rapid requirements.
