摘要
本文利用经典和现代控制理论方法严格推导了电液伺服马达超低速运动的数学模型,分析了电液伺服马达超低速运行时,其固有频率、速度刚度的变化情况以及影响超低速性能的主要因素。
This paper derives strictly themathematical model of ultralow speed movement of electrohydraulic servo motor by using classical and modern control theory. And it analyzes the natural frequency, speed and stiffness of electrohydraulic servo motor at ultralow speed run, and main factors affecting ultralow speed performance.
