通过对无熔剂法硅铬合金电炉停炉后的解剖,分析了炉内的反应机理。该过程中碳化硅的生成和破坏的平衡起着重要的作用。而保持碳平衡和及时排除碳化硅含量很高的炉渣是使生产受控的关键。
Through dissection of ferrosilicochromium after shutdown, the paper analyses reaction machanism on furnace charge. The balance between SiC formation and resolution in the process plays an important role.Keeping carbon balance and timely eliminating the slag with high Sic contents is the key to production control.
