摘要
通过长3平1、长3平2两口潜山高温小井眼水平井的施工实践,针对潜山高温水平井施工技术难点进行了阐述。任丘潜山水平井地质形态复杂,地质卡层难;硅质白云岩与灰色白云岩研磨性极强、可钻性差,钻头选型难;入靶精确度要求高,井身轨迹控制难;井底流动温度较高,随钻仪器监测难;泵压高、排量小、地层漏失,钻屑上返难。通过优化技术方案、优选定向仪器和工具,完善了潜山高温水平井施工工艺,为今后的工作提供了理论依据。
Through the operating practice of chang3-1 and chang3-2, which are two buried hill horizontal wells of high tempera- ture and Slim hole, this thesis elaborates operating technique difficulties of the buried hill high temperature horizontal wells. Geologic configuration of Renqiu buried hill horizontal wells is complex, so it is difficult to judging from geologic horizon. Because siliceous of dolomite rock and grey of dolomite rock have high abrasivity, Renqiu buried hill horizontal wells are Poor drillable and difficult of bit selection. At the same time, hit the target for a high accuracy and it is difficulty in well path control during drilling the buried hill horizontal wells. In addition, there are many another difficulties, for example, high temperature of flowing in bottom hole, difficulty in measurement while drilling; high pump pressure, low flow rate, circulation loss and difficulty in bit cuttings upward. By optimizing the technology program, Optimum measurement while drilling equipments and tools, this paper improves operating technique of the high temperature buried hill horizontal wells, and provides a theoretical basis for the future job.
