阐述了唐山国丰轧钢厂用较少的资金对工艺路线进行改造，且在精轧机组使用短应力线轧机，同时提高管理水平，使生产水平提高，获得良好的经济效益。
It is related that with not so much fund Tangshan Guofeng Rolling Mill reformed the technological process,used shortstressline mill as finishing rolling stands and raised their management level,consequently developed their production and got good profit.
