摘要
为降低套袋对果实品质的负面影响,研究了不同时期果实表面、果柄和果台副梢进行不同浓度的GA_3处理对寒富苹果内在品质的影响。结果表明:套袋前20 mg/L和除袋后100mg/L GA_3处理果柄对提高果实可溶性固形物效果最好,均较对照增加了2.50%;除袋后100 mg/LGA_3处理果柄对提高果实可溶性糖效果最好,较对照增加了2.02g/100g FW;种子喙变褐时100mg/L GA_3处理果面对降低果实淀粉含量效果最明显;种子喙变褐时100 mg/L GA_3处理果台副梢对提高果实有机酸效果最明显;套袋前100 mg/L GA_3处理果面对提高果实Vc含量效果最明显。
The internal quality was studied under different concentrations of GAa treatment in different parts of Hanfu apple,in order to reduced the negative influence of bagging. The results indicated that 20 mg/L GA3 of fruit stalk treatment before bagging and 100 mg/L GA3 of fruit stalk treatment after debagging had the best effect for increased soluble solids,both increased 2. 50% than CK. The soluble sugar content was highest in 100 mg/L GA3 fruit stalk treatment after debagging and 2. 02 g · (100g)^-1 FW higher than CK. The 100 mg/L GA3 of fruit surface treatment had the best effect for reduced starch content,and the 100 mg/L GAa of bourse shoot treatment has the best effect for increased organic acid when seed beak became brown. The Vc was increased obviously in 100 mg/L GAa of fruit surface treatment before bagging.
