摘要
在不同施肥量和密度组合处理条件下,以青薯6号为试验材料,分别于初花期、盛花期、终花期和成熟期测定了马铃薯叶片的叶绿素含量。结果表明:不同施肥组合对马铃薯叶片叶绿素含量的影响前期大于后期。在低施肥量范围内,叶绿素含量随着施用量的增加而呈递增趋势,当施肥量达到纯N:184 kg/hm2,P2O5:112.13 kg/hm2,K2O:67.5 kg/hm2时,叶绿素含量最高,之后随着施肥量的增加,叶绿素含量开始下降,但随着密度的增加叶绿素含量有不断降低的趋势。氮、磷、钾、密度对初花期马铃薯叶片叶绿素a、叶绿素b含量的各个因素组合的选优与总叶绿素相同。叶绿素总含量最高为1.85 mg/g,相应的最优肥料密度组合的施肥量和密度分别为纯N:184 kg/hm2,P2O5:112.13 kg/hm2,K2O:67.5 kg/hm2,密度:6万株/公顷。初花期马铃薯叶片叶绿素a含量、叶绿素总含量、盛花期、终花期的叶绿素总含量与马铃薯块茎产量的相关性达到极显著差异,初花期马铃薯叶片叶绿素b含量与马铃薯块茎产量的相关性达到显著差异,并与理论回归方程的拟合程度高。
With different fertilizing dosage and density combination,taking Qing-Potato 6 as test materials,we measured chlorophyll content in potato leaves on different procreating stages:initial bloom,luxuriant bloom,terminal bloom,ripe stage.The results showed that the effect of different fertilizing combination on chlorophyll content in potato leaves was bigger on earlier stage than later.The chlorophyll content increased with fertilizing dosage within low fertilizing dosage range.When the fertilizing dosage came up to the pure N: 184 kg/hm2,P2O5:112.13 kg/hm2,K2O:67.5 kg/hm2,The chlorophyll content came up to the highest,then the dropped with the fertilizing dosage increasing.Yet the chlorophyll content dropped with the density increasing constantly,The optimization of each factor combination of chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b with nitrogen,phosphate,kalium and density same to total chlorophyll in potato leaves.The highest total chlorophyll content was 1.85 mg/g,accordingly the fertilizing dosage and density of optimization fertilizer and density was: pure nitrogen:184 kg/hm2,P2O5:112.13 kg/hm2,K2O:67.5 kg/hm2,and density: 60 thousand/hm2,The correlation between chlorophyll a and total chlorophyll content on Initial bloom and total chlorophyll content on luxuriant,terminal bloom stage in potato leaves and potato tuber yield came up to extreme prominence difference,The correlation between chlorophyll b on initial stages in potato leaves and potato tuber yield achieved prominence difference,and which was highly fitted to the theory regress equation.
