摘要
利用水蒸汽蒸馏方法和超临界萃取方法提取维吾尔药莳萝籽弱极性部位,并采用色谱。质谱.计算机联用技术,结合标准谱库分别对两种方法提取出的部位进行鉴定。结果表明:利用水蒸汽蒸馏提取挥发油收率3.6%,其主要化学成分为香芹酮、柠檬烯、顺式二氢香芹酮等成分;而利用超临界萃取的收率为4.6%,主要化学成分为香芹酮、芹菜脑、9-十八碳烯酸乙酯。莳萝籽的弱极性部位对葡萄状球菌和假丝酵母的最低抑制浓度分别是0.273和0.00273mg/mL。研究结果表明植物含有的复杂单萜和倍半萜烯类化合物作为植物抗细菌和真菌的防御工具在植物抗病机理中起很重要的作用。
The essential oil from the seeds ofAnethum graveolens L. was extracted by steam distillation method and supercritical extraction method. The chemical constituents of the volatile oil were identified and quantified by means of capillary gas chromatography and combined gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The result showed that among them main components are D-carvone, limonene, cis-dihydrocarvone, DillApiol, ethane, 1,2-diethoxy accounting for 99.2% of the total volatile oil extracted by steam distillation method. And them main components extracted by supercritical extraction method are D-carvone, apiol,9-octadecenoic acid ethyl ester, (E, E) Linoleic acid ethyl ester.
