摘要
盾构施工中经常遇到要穿越高架道路或跨河桥梁的桩基基础,在穿越过程中应尽可能减少对周边环境的影响。本文以上海轨道交通十号线某区间隧道穿越四平路上的沙泾港桥桩基为背景,详细介绍了盾构工程穿越大流量通行桥梁基础异形托换的施工工艺,具有成本底、对周边环境影响小、不影响车辆正常运行等优点,减小了盾构穿越桩基施工对桥体的影响。
In shield construction there are often cases where the tunnel should pass through the piled foundation of viaduct or bridge across the river, in the process of passing through, its effect on the environment should be controlled as possible. In this paper, taking a section of tunnel in rail transport No. 10, which passes through the piled foundation of Shajingang Bridge on Siping Road in Shanghai as background, a construction technolgy for underpining foundation of bridge with mass tra^c flow for shield passing through the foundation is introduced. This technolgy is characterized by low cost, less influence on the surrounding environment and no interference to the operation of the traffic, thus diminish the effect of the shield passing through piled foundation on the bridge.
