摘要
介绍了一种基于化学发光磁酶免疫分析技术测定人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)的检测系统。该检测系统通过良好的屏蔽和抗干扰设计,以高速高频的FPGA器件完成光子计数,实现对HCG的定量检测。对HCG抗原溶液的检测结果表明,检测系统在HCG抗原浓度为0.06~600ng/mL范围内线性关系良好,相关系数R=0.951。对检测系统进行重复性测试,变异系数为0.61%,重复性较好。该系统具有小型便携、灵敏度高、重复性好等特点,在疾病标志物现场检测领域具有较为广阔的应用前景。
An HCG detecting system based on chemiluminescent magnetic enzyme-linked immunoassay is described.The system could detect weak chemiluminescence sensitively using photon-counting method with a special photo-electronic detection unit.In order to improve the detecting precision,FPGA is used to count the photon pulse signal.HCG sample with concentration of 0.06~600 ng/mL was measured and the correlation coefficient between HCG concentrations is 0.951.The variation coefficient of the system is 0.61%.With high sensitivity and high precision,the system will have great potential in trace disease marker measurement.
