摘要 用根际箱或根际袋试验研究了红壤、黄棕壤植稻或植麦后根际中镉的形态转化状况,并讨论了与铅复合处理对镉形态的影响。结果表明,红壤根际、非根际镉的主要形态为可交换态,黄棕壤则主要为碳酸盐结合态。水稻根际富集铁锰氧化物结合态镉,根际有机结合态镉远远大于非根际。对铅、镉复合污染的研究表明。铅-镉共存使水稻根际、非根际交换态镉都有所增加,且随着铅浓度的增大而增加,而有机结合态则相反,铅、镉共存较单元素存在的情况下,有机结合态镉的降低十分显著。 This paper deals with the distribution adn transformation of cadmium species in rhizosphere adn nonrhizosphere of wheat and rice in red soil and yellow brown soil using a rhizobos or rhizobag and a sequential estraction procedure fo rthe speciation of Cd.Results showed that predominant species of Cd in two soils are not same.EXC-Cd(exchangeable-Cd) is the nost important form in red soil while in yillow brown soil Carb-Cd(bound to iron adn manganese oxides )and OM-Cd(bound to organic matter )in rhizosphere of rice are higher than those in nonrhizosphere, which may be due to the activity of rice root and the action of microorganisms on the root surface.Thh interaction between Pb and Cd showed that the content of EXC-Cd is higher in the jpresence of Pb in both rhizophere and norhizosphere, the content of OM_Cd ,however, is much lower in the presence of Pb.
