摘要
在华能巢湖电厂2×600MW机组工程设计中,对四大管道进行了优化设计,在满足工程工艺等要求的前提下,有效降低了投资费用。文章介绍了四大管道规格的选型优化,以及结合巢湖工程主厂房布置特点,对四大管道布置、接口推力控制、动态和静态分析等所采取的方法与措施,供业内参考。
An optimized design was executed for 4 key pipings in engineering design of Huaneng Chaohu Power Plant project, which reduced investment cost effectively on the premise of meeting technological requirements. The paper introduces model selection optimization for piping specifications, measures taken for their layout, joint thrust control, dynamic and static analysis in combination with the main power block layout features, which can be a reference for colleagues.
