摘要
目的:了解郑州市妇女初乳乳汁中的成分。方法:采集32名妇女分娩后第1~3天的乳汁样本,采用红外光谱法和高效液相色谱法分析初乳中常规成分和氨基酸含量,采用放射免疫法分析初乳中的免疫球蛋白含量和激素活性。结果:初乳中脂肪含量为17~20g/L,乳糖的含量均>50g/L,蛋白含量随泌乳时间的延长而降低(F=4.180,P=0.022)。初乳中谷氨酸含量最高,在1~3d均达到25mg/L以上;蛋氨酸含量最低,为1.14~1.68mg/L。初乳中sIgA的含量较高,达到14g/L以上,IgG为0.7g/L左右。初乳中皮质醇的含量最高,为38.13~49.55μg/L;胰高血糖素的含量最低为137.09~290.57ng/L。结论:初乳中的营养及活性成分随泌乳时间的延长而变化。
Aim:To determine the contents of nutritional and bioactive components in colostrum of women in Zhengzhou city.Methods:Colostrum samples were collected from 32 women.The contents of conventional ingredient and amino acid were analyzed using IR and HPLC.The activity of immunoglobulin and hormone was analyzed using RIA method.Results:The fat contents was varied between 17~20 g/L,lactose was over 50 g/L and protein was decreased with time went by.The contents of Glu was the highest amino acid in the colostrum which was over 25 mg/L and Met was the lowest which was changed from 1.14 to 1.68 mg/L.The contents of sIgA had a high value of 14 g/L in the colostrum and IgG was about 0.7 g/L.The corticosteroid was the highest hormone varied between 38.13~49.55 μg/L,while glucagon was the lowest varied between 137.09~290.57 ng/L.Conclusion:The contents of nutritional and bioactive components in colostrum are changed through lactation process.
