摘要
在数控加工自动编程系统中,加工对象和刀具运动轨迹的三维显示是检验计算结果和数控代码正确与否的重要手段.介绍了利用计算机图形学中的平行投影和旋转变换进行形体三维显示的几何原理.在开发的数控电火花铣削加工自动编程系统中,实现了B样条描述的自由曲面及其加工中电极运动轨迹的三维显示、旋转、移动和缩放等功能.
The 3D display of machined object and tool track is important means for verifying calculation and NC codes in auto programming system. The geometrical principles of parallel projection and rotary transform is introduced for displaying 3D objects. 3D display, rotation, movement and zoom for free surface described by Bezier and its machining track of tool are realized in the auto programming system developed for ED Milling (Electrical Discharge Machining).
