摘要
采用高强度级别钢种的卷板制造螺旋焊管的过程中 ,包申格效应使钢管屈服强度降低的现象日益突出。本文对包申格效应影响钢管屈服强度的作用进行了理论分析 ,对影响包申格效应作用的因素进行了评述 ,并对如何评价包申格效应作用大小和控制包申格效应影响提出了一些意见和建议。
In the process of using high strength steel to produce spirally welded pipe,the yield strength is reduced due to Bauschinger's effect.The influence of Bauschinger's effect to the yield strength of spirally welded pipe is analyzed.The factors of Bauschinger's effect are discussed.Some advice of evaluating of Bauschinger's ef- fect and controlling the influence of Bauschinger's effect is proposed.
