摘要
阐述了冰箱用铜铝管接头简易电容储能焊的质量问题及其原因 ,提出了接头质量的控制措施并在生产中执行 ,使接头的质量得到大大改善。
Quality problems which appeared in the simple condenser discharge welding of copper tube to aluminum tube joints used in refrigerators are set forth,and the reasons for the problems are analysed.The controlling measurements for the guality of the joints are presented and carried into practice.The guality of the joint have been improved greatly.
