摘要 针对空压机控制系统中存在的问题,设计了一种无人职守的空压机监控系统。该系统以PLC为控制核心,将整个现场构成一个通讯网络整体,并结合远程监控与故障诊断技术以及实时数据库,使压风系统更加安全、先进、稳定、可靠,最终达到无人值守的目的。 According to the existing problems in the control room of the air compressors, an unattended monitoring and control system of the air compressors was designed. Base on the PLC as the control key, there was a communication network integration in the mine site by the system. With the combination of the remote monitoring and control and breakdown diagnosis technology as well as the real -time database, the compressed air system would be more safe, advancing, stable and reliable and could reach the target of the unattended post.
