摘要
克拉美丽气田火山岩气藏具有裂缝和孔隙双重介质特征,岩石坚硬、储层物性差、天然裂缝发育、自然产能低等特点,必须经过压裂改造才能获得较高产量,然而火山岩储层的复杂性给压裂改造造成很多困难,存在裂缝破裂和延伸机理认识不清、压裂液滤失大、人工裂缝扭曲或多裂缝、裂缝开度狭小、易砂堵、高储层温度、高启裂梯度、高施工泵压等问题。为此,通过理论研究和现场应用分析,总结出了一套抗高温、抗高压、抗砂堵、降滤失、快返排等储层改造技术,经试气和投产分析表明,压后增产效果明显,大大提高了火山岩压裂施工的成功率。
Fracture treatment has to be done for a higher yield from the Kelameili volcanic gas reservoirs due to their unique features including fracture-pore dual medium,hard volcanic rocks,poor petrophysical properties,well-developed natural fractures,and extremely low natural deliverability,etc.However,the complexity of the reservoirs brings much trouble to fracturing operation,such as the fracture split and extension mechanism being not recognized clearly,fracture fluid being at a seriously high leakage,artificial fracture being contorted or multi-fractured,fracture aperture being narrow and small,sand bridge being easily formed,and reservoir temperature,the gradient of open fracture and the work pump pressure being so high,and so on.Therefore,through theoretical studies and field application analysis,we developed a set of reservoir reconstruction technology with advantages of thermal stability,high-pressure resistance,sand bridge control,depressing filter loss,quickening backflow of fracturing fluid,etc.Field practices show that this set of reservoir reconstruction technology helps enhance obviously the gas yield of the Kelameili reservoirs after fracture treatment,and significantly improves the success ratio of fracturing,thus,providing robust technical support for further fast development of the volcanic reservoirs in the Kelameili gas field.This will be good reference for the development of similar gas fields.
