摘要 针对在祁南煤矿松软煤层中施工顺煤层瓦斯抽放钻孔较难的现状,采用ZDY-3200L型钻机等配套设备进行了中风压钻进工艺技术试验,并配套使用了自制的孔口除尘、瓦斯、集渣一体化装置,采用上述措施后,施工钻孔的平均孔深达到了127.9m,瓦斯抽放体积分数达到了30%~40%,并有效解决了钻进中的粉尘问题。 According to the difficuh borehole drilling status for the coal seam gas drainage in the soft seam of Qinan Mine, the ZDY- 3200L drilling rig and related equipment were applied to the medium pneumatic pressure drilling technical test with the self-made borehole entry dust collector, gas and cutting collection integrated device. With the above measures, the average depth of the borehole drilled could reach to 127.9 m. The gas drainage volume fraction could reach to 30% - 40%, which could effectively solve the dust problems in the borehole drilling and ensure the safety production of the coal mining face.
