建筑起重机械是建筑工程施工中必不可少的关键设备，我国是建筑起重机械生产和使用大国，也是建筑起重机械事故多发的国家，多年来建筑起重机械是各级管理部门的管理重点。
Construction hoisting machinery is an essential key equipment in building construction. China is a large production and use country of construction hoisting machinery, is also a construction crane accident-prone country.The construction crane is the focus of management for all levels of management departments for many years. According to the accident released newsletter of Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development,collapse and construction crane accidents are accident-prone areas. The industry people are constantly exploring how to reduce the construction crane accident.
