白藜芦醇对心肌细胞缺氧性损伤的作用

摘要 本文的目的是观察白藜芦醇(Res)对大鼠乳鼠心肌细胞缺氧性损伤的保护作用.具体是通过建立体外培养大鼠乳鼠心肌细胞缺氧模型,采用MTT法检测心肌细胞活力,相差显微镜观察心肌细胞形态学及细胞搏动频率.结果表明白藜芦醇Res对缺氧诱导的大鼠乳鼠心肌细胞损伤具有良好的保护作用. The objective of this study is too investigate the effects of resveratrol(Res)on neonatal rat myocardial cells lesion induced by hypoxia.The myocardial cells of neonatal rats were cultured in vitro and the models of myocardial cell hypoxia were established.The vitalities(OD)of myocardial cells were determined by MTT assay,the changes of myocardial cells morphology and pulsation frequency were observed by phase contrast microscope as well. Res had a protective effect on neonatal rat myocardial cell lesion induced by hypoxia.
