摘要
本文介绍了国内负荷车研制领域中的一项新成果——负荷车自动跟踪转向机构。 作者应用汽车挂车稳定转向中关于转动中心的假说,首先通过牵引试验机组稳定转向时的运动学分析及负荷车的受力状态分析,建立起负荷车自动跟踪转向机构的传动比公式i=f(R),然后用较大的篇幅介绍了F6负荷车自动跟踪转向机构的机构设计,对该机构的核心部分——引带传动机构的设计进行了较详细的描述。
A new achievement in power wagon research and development field-an automatic track steering mechanism of power wagon is introduced to China by this article.Based on the hypothesis of roted center in vehicle trailer at steady steering, by kinematical analysis of towing test at steady steering and strength analysis of power wagon, a ratio formula i = f(R) is given for the automatic track steering mechanism of power wagon.The detail mechanism design of F6 power wagon is introduced. And the design of link transmission set which is the kernel for the mechanism is giver a detail description.
