摘要
用2,3环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵对棉织物进行接枝阳离子改性,研究了改性阳离子棉织物活性染料染色的染色性能变化.结果表明:在无盐染色时,活性染料在接枝阳离子改性棉织物上上染率及色牢度都大幅度提高:活性橙B-2RLN对改性阳离子棉织物的上染率达到99.85%,活性艳红X-3B100%的上染率为99.89%,活性艳橙K-R100%的上染率为98.81%,活性翠蓝KN-G的上染率为99.98%.各种染料染色后的皂洗牢度都达到5级,棉沾,丝沾牢度以及干摩擦,湿摩擦牢度都得到提高.上染速度很高,用十二烷基硫酸钠可以有效地降低阳离子改性棉织物的上染速率.研究结果表明棉织物接枝阳离子改性是提高棉织物上染率和色牢度的有效途径.
Cationic modification of cotton fabric was carried out with 2,3-epoxpropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride(ETA),and the dyeing properties were investigated in this study.The result showed that the dyeing rate and wash fastness of grafting ETA cotton increased greatly without salt.The dyeing rate of reactive orange dye B-2RLN,reactive brilliant red dye X-3B100%,reactive brilliant orange dye K-R100% and reactive jade green blue KN-G on grafting ETA cotton was as high as 99.85 %,99.89%,98.81% and 99.98%,respectively.The washing fastness of all four reactive dyes was Degree 5.The dyeing process was finished in 20-30 min.The anion surfactant SDS(sodium dodecyl sulfate) was effective to delay the dyeing process.These results suggested that the technique that cotton fabric grafting with ETA is an effective and promising method to increase dyeing rate and wash fastness.
