摘要
建立了某边梁式车架的有限元模型,利用MSC.NASTRAN分析计算了其弯曲刚度和扭转刚度,并对车架弯曲刚度和扭转刚度进行相对于主要零件板厚的灵敏度分析,以此灵敏度分析结果为依据对车架进行轻量化设计。为该类型边梁式车架结构灵敏度分析和设计优化提供方法和理论依据。
It a finite element analysis model is built for a kind of fringe-beam frame ,the bend and torsion rigidity of the frame is calculated using MSC.NASTRAN,then plate thickness sensitivity analysis of rigidity is performed for major parts. After that,the plate thickness of the frame is optimized according to the sensitivity result,farthest lighten the frame in condition of keeping its rigidity performance. The paper provides approach and theory reference for structure sensitivity analysis and design optimization of the kind of frame.
