摘要
盾构机掘进过程中各种地形会引起刀盘扭矩异常变化,从而造成脱困困难和刀具损坏等问题,针对这种问题引入一种自适应模糊控制,组成通过即时检测刀盘扭矩来控制盾构机进给的智能控制设备,本文介绍了系统的组成及工作原理。
The torque of cutter head will be changed by different kinds of terrain in the tunneling process of Shield Machine ,leading to the problem that difficult to withdraw form the soil and the damage of cutter.ln order to solve this problem,a kind of fuzzy control is introduced to compose a self-adapting device which can real-time monitor the torque of cutter head and control the feed of Shield Machine.The control principle of this device and it's structure are given.
