A STUDY ON THE ROOT CANAL SYSTEM MORPHOLOGY OF THE SECOND PERMANENT MOLAR'S FUSED ROOT

摘要 目的:了解根管系统的形态。方法:采用透明标本法对第二磨牙融合根的根管系统、侧枝根管、管间侧枝及根间分岐进行观察。结果:200例上颌第二磨牙中融合根出现率18%±1%;200例下颌第二磨牙融合根出现率为20%±3.5%;36例上颌第二磨牙融合根中Ⅳ类根管多见(41.67%),融合根侧枝根管出现率77.28%±1.24%,管间侧枝出现率52.78%±1.66%,根尖分岐5.56%;41例下颌第二磨牙融合根中Π形根管出现率48.78%,侧枝根管出现率65.85%,管间侧枝出现率51.22%,根尖分岐4.88%。结论:融合牙根比单个分离牙根有更复杂的根管系统及更多的侧枝根管、管间侧枝和Π形根管。 OBJECTIVE:To understand the canal system morphology.METHODS:To make use of transparent specimen method to observe root canal system,lateral canal,transverse anastanose,apical deltas and c-shaped canal of the second permanent molar's fused-root.RESULTS:The occurrence rate of fused root is 18% in the 200 samples maxillary second molar and 20% in the 200 samples mandibular second molar;type Ⅳ root canal in the 36 samples maxillary second molar's fused root is 41 67%,lateral canal(77 28%) transverse anastanose(52 78%),apical deltas(5 56%).The occurrence rate of c-shaped canal in the 41 samples mandibular second molar's fused root is 48 78%,lateral canal(65 85%),transverse anastanose(51 22%),apical deltas(4 88%).CONCLUTIONS:The results suggested that fused-root have more complex root canal system,lateral canal,transverse anastanose and c-shaped-canal than single seperate root.
