摘要
目的:考察不同产地猪牙皂中刺囊酸的含量。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱:Agilent ZORBAX-C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.5%磷酸二氢钾溶液(72:28)(磷酸调pH 3.2),流速:1.0 ml·min^(-1),柱温:30℃,检测波长:215nm。结果:刺囊酸在0.048 5~0.97 mg·ml^(-1)(r=0.999 7)浓度范围内有良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为96.6%;RSD为1.46%。结论:该法简便,准确,重复性好,为猪牙皂的进一步开发和利用提供科学依据。
Objective: To determine the eehinoeystie acid in Fruetus Gleditsiae Abnormalis from different regions. Method: The eehinocystie acid was determined by HPLC, the Agilent ZORBAX-C18 (250 mm × 4. 6 mm ,5 μm) column was used, the mobile phase consisted of Aeetonitrile-0. 5% potassium dihydrogen phosphate sdution (72:28 ) (adjusted pH to 3.2 with phosphoric acid) ,the flow rate was 1.0 ml-min^-1 ,the column temperature was 30 ℃ ,the detection wavelength was 215 nm. Result: The linear range of echinocystic acid was 0. 048 5-0. 97 mg.ml^ -1 (r =0. 999 7). the average recovery was 96. 6% ,with RSD 1.46% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple, and repeatable,it can be provide evidence for further development and utilization of this crude drug.
