湖光岩水体与泥层中真菌的分离鉴定及抗菌活性研究 被引量:2

摘要 从湖光岩的湖水、泥土中分离出30株真菌,根据形态特征确定其种属,通过管碟法测定其抗菌活性。结果表明青霉属15株、曲霉属4株、酵母属4株、木霉属2株、毛霉属1株、粘帚霉属1株、根霉属1株。具有抗菌活性的菌株11株:9株具有抗金黄色葡萄球菌活性;1株具抗金黄色葡萄球菌活性及抗枯草芽孢杆菌活性;1株有抗大肠埃希氏菌活性、抗金黄色葡萄球菌活性及抗枯草芽孢杆菌活性。 30 Strains of fungi separated from water and mud in Huguang Lake were screened and identified in term of the morphological characteristics and their antibacterial activity were detemained in term of the cup-plate method. The results showed that there were 15 swains of Penicillium,4 strains of Aspergillus, 4 swains of Saccharomyces, 2 swains of Trichoderma, 1 strain of Mucor, 1 swain of Gliocladium, 1 swain of Rhizopus. And 11 swains showed antibacterial activity, among which 9 strains showed activity toward Stphylococcus aureus; 1 swain showed activity towards Stphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis; and 1 swain showed activity toward Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis.
