努比羊和云岭黑山羊初产泌乳性能的研究 被引量:5

摘要 [目的]研究努比羊和云岭黑山羊初产泌乳性能。[方法]选择健康初产努比羊(产双羔20只、产单羔19只)和云岭黑山羊(产双羔4只、产单羔15只),研究品种和产羔数对母羊初产泌乳力的影响。[结果]同品种间,产双羔努比羊和云岭黑山羊总产奶量比产单羔努比羊和云岭黑山羊高14.81%(P<0.05)和32.8%(P<0.05);相同产羔数,产双羔努比羊总产奶量比产双羔云岭黑山羊高22.93%(P<0.05),产单羔努比羊总产奶量比产单羔云岭黑山羊高42.20%(P<0.05)。产单、双羔努比羊和云岭黑山羊泌乳曲线规律相似,在泌乳前期(5~15 d)乳产量逐渐上升,泌乳高峰期(15~35 d)持续20 d后泌乳量逐渐下降。山羊产后80~120 d的产奶量预测值显示,不同品种和产羔数山羊产奶量均快速下降。泌乳70 d时,同品种间,产双羔的奴比羊和云岭黑山羊母羊失重比同品种产单羔母羊高3.06%(P<0.05)和0.89%(P<0.05),相同的产羔数量,努比羊体重失重比云岭黑山羊高3.22%~5.39%(P<0.05)。[结论]努比羊和云岭黑山羊初产泌乳规律相似,泌乳性能与品种、产羔数密切相关。 [Objective]To explore the lactation performances of Nubian and Yunling Black Ewes.[Method] Healthy and primiparous 20 Nubian ewes with twins,19 Nubian ewes with singles,4 Yunling Black ewes with twins and 20 Yunling Black ewes with singles were used to study the effects of breeds and litter size on lactation performances.[Result] Within breed,total milk yield of ewes sucking twin lambs were 14.81% and 32.8%(P0.05) higher than that of ewe sucking singles.Within same litter size,total milk yield of Nubian ewes sucking twins and singles were 22.93%(P0.05) and 42.20%(P0.005) higher than Yunling Black ewes respectively.Lactation curves were similar in Nubian and Yunling black goats.In the lactation period(5-15 d) The milk yield gradually increased,after peak lactation(15-35 d) the milk yield decreased gradually,and the predication of 80-120 days milk production were also shows same trends.Over a 70 d lactation period,ewes sucking twin lambs lost body weight 0.89%-3.06%(P0.05) higher than ewes sucking singles,in the same breed.Nubian ewes lost body weight 3.22%-5.39% higher than Yunling Black ewes with same litter size(P0.05).[Conclusion] The regular pattern of primiparous lactation was similar in Nubian and Yunling Black ewes,and lactation performances were closely related to variety and litter size.
