摘要 依托微电子技术、无线通信技术、现代制造技术的迅速发展,研制了一套公共配电能源监测与优化控制系统。通过对地级(市区)和县级供电公司所属的公用配电网进行电能监测和有功平衡、无功补偿、配变电压调节等优化控制,达到降损节能,改善供配电电能质量,从而实现公用配电管理自动化。系统具有成本低廉,安装方便,配置灵活,可靠性高,易于维护等特点,值得普遍推广。 Based on the rapid developments of the microelectronics technology, wireless communication technology and modern manufacturing technology, a control system is designed. The system does optimal control towards public electricity distribution networks in urban or county areas, including electric power supervision, active balance, reactive compensation, distribution voltage regulation and so on. Thus, toss reduction and energy saving are achieved. Quality of electricity supply and distribution are improved. And automation of the public electric distribution management is also accessible. This control system is low-cost and high reliability. Besides that, it is easy to be installed and maintained. So it is worth being popularized widely.
