摘要
探讨了煅烧温度对煅后焦质量的影响,依据不同煅烧窑炉的状况,通过以生焦挥发份调配为主、微量元素调配为辅的原料耦合技术,对窑况各项参数实时调控,使煅烧温度达到1300℃以上,并保持温度波动范围不超过20℃,实现了石油焦的高温煅烧,使煅后焦的真密度达到2.05g/cm3以上并保持稳定,为提高阳极质量创造了条件。
The paper discusses the influence of calcination temperature on the quality of calcined coke. According to the status of kiln, real time adjust mcnt of parameters were made with the coupling technology of green coke' s volatile with minor elements to reach calcination temperature over 1300℃ which may only vary within 20℃. It gets over 2.05g/cm^3, the real density of calcined coke and keeps it steady.
