摘要
关于旅游企业文化研究层出不穷,绝大部分是停留于经验式的描述,而缺乏对企业文化的定量调查和科学的轮廓勾勒。借用基于CVF理论的组织文化评估工具(OCAI)对五星级饭店企业文化进行测度,初步得出五星级饭店的主导文化类型和不同饭店的个体文化差异,结合访谈分析其文化类型存在差异的原因以便进一步使企业文化与经营环境相互适应,最终达到预测企业文化变革的目的。
Most research and papers are based on empirical descriptions, but lack quantitative surveys and scientific framework on corporate culture. This paper measures five-star hotels corporate culture by CFV theory and organizational culture questionnaire, initially concludes the dominant corporate culture types of these hotels and the differences between each other, then analysizes the reasons that result in culture differences in order to make corporate culture adapt to the business environment and finally reaches the aim to predict the changing corporate culture.
