摘要
根据我国职业危害的现状和各级职业危害监管部门的监管需求,分析了职业危害监管信息系统的结构,设计开发了职业危害监管信息系统(政府版)。系统采用三层B/W/S模式,分为县级、市级、省级、国家级四级用户,包括数据管理、监督管理、统计分析、风险评估与分级、应急救援管理、地理信息系统、专家咨询、系统管理和帮助等功能模块。本系统将WebGIS技术应用于职业危害监管领域,实现了系统抽象数据的直观化、可视化,为职业危害监管决策提供了帮助和支持。系统的应用将有效地改善职业危害监管的手段,大大提高监管的效率。
According to the current situation of occupational hazard and supervision requirements of all govemment department, the structure of the supervision information system of occupational hazard was analyzed, and the Supervision Information System of Occupational Hazard (government version) was designed and developed. The system a- dopted B/W/S model, county, municipal, provincial, and national four classes of users were divided, and data man- agement, supervision and management, statistical analysis, risk assessment and classification, emergency manage- ment, geographic information systems, expert consulting, systems management and help nine function modules were induded. The system applied WebGIS in the field of the supervision of occupational hazard to achieve the abstract da- ta visualization, and provide help and support to decision-making for the supervision of occupational hazard. The ap- plication of the system will effectively improve management measures and efficiency of the supervision of occupational hazard.
