摘要
从合作关系建立、用户信息环境构建、信息素养联合培养、嵌入式学科情报研究等四个方面探讨了研究型高校图书馆学科馆员创新个性化服务的途径,提出了通过优化学科馆员工作团队和分工协作机制深化学科馆员服务工作的思路。
This paper argues four possible ways for faculty liaison librarian to provide customerized professional services by means of establish- ment of collaborative partners with the users, setup of client--friendly information environment, joint education of information quality with professionals, inserted research of information needs, and finally proposes establishment and improvement of teamwork and labor division among faculty liaison librarians.
