摘要
采用水热法制备了不同形貌和结构的铜纳米粒子,并通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射分析仪(XRD)以及紫外-可见光学吸收谱对其形貌、结构和光学性质进行了表征。考察了反应物配比以及反应温度和时间对产物形貌的影响。
Copper nanoparticles of different morphology and structure were prepared with hydrothermal method. The morphology, structure and optical properties of the nanoparticles were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy. The impact of reaction temperature and time,as well as the ratio of reaction, on the samples' morphology and structure were discussed.
