摘要
为了适应工业控制系统复杂性和实时性的要求,设计了一款基于共享RAM芯片IDT71342的主从机控制系统。该系统采用模块化设计的硬件架构,解决了主从CPU间大量数据交换的问题,实现了将实时数据采集和反馈控制管理相分离的目的。运行结果表明,共享RAM设计能较好地满足系统数据通信对实时性和可靠性的要求。
A master-slave CPU control system based on sharing RAM chip IDT71342 has been designed for satisfying the requirements of complieacy and real-time performance for industrial control systems. The design solves the exchange issue of huge amount of data between master and slave CPU by adopting modular hardware architecture, and implements detachment of real-time data acquisition and feedback control management. The result of operation shows that the design of sharing RAM well meets the requirements of real-time performance and reliability for communication of systematic data.
