摘要
将环氧树脂E-44、树枝形聚合物固化剂PAMAM、固化促进剂、稀释剂按一定比例混合制成环氧结构胶。分析树枝形聚合物固化剂(PAMAM)用量及固化温度对环氧结构胶的剪切强度、剥离强度、本体拉伸强度、冲击强度等力学性能及固化物热性能的影响,确定了PAMAM的最佳用量及最佳固化温度。结果表明,PAMAM是一种性能优良的中高温环氧增韧固化剂,固化物韧性较好,其它性能也相对较高,可在建筑工程粘接加固、锚固植筋、灌注补缝、防水堵漏及防腐等场合广泛应用。
Epoxy structural adhesive was prepared by epoxy (E-44), Polyamidoamine (PAMAM),curing accelerator and diluting agent in proper ratios. The influences of different ratio of PAMAM at different curing temperatures on the mechanical properties,such as shear strength,peel strength,tensile strength,and impact strength as well as the thermal properties of the curing system were analyzed, and the optimal ratio of PAMAM and the optimal temperature were defined. The results show that PAMAM is a good medium to high temperature epoxy toughing curing agent with good toughening ability. Other properties are relatively high. It can be widely used in building strengthening, anchoring, grouting, water-proofing, and anti-corrosion, etc.
