摘要
校企合作是高职教育加强专业建设和深化教学改革的必然选择。在校企合作中开展学生教育管理,既是高职教育的本质属性,也是学生成长发展的需求,还是高职学生教育管理工作内涵的延伸。当前校企合作学生教育管理还面临着管理主体多元、制度建设滞后、运行机制不畅等困难。因此,要培育的先进理念,建立完善的管理制度,构建有效的运行机制,形成校企合作学生教育管理的有效模式。
School - enterprise cooperation is the necessary choice of higher vocational education to strengthen specialty construction and deepen teaching reform. In the cooperation, the education and management to students is the nature of higher vocational education, the requirement of students＇ growth and development and the extension of education and management to students. At present, the management and education of cooperation is facing many problems, such as diversification in management, backward managing system, disfunetion of operational mechanism and etc. So we must cultivate advanced concept, establish a sound management system, build an effective operation mechanism, and form an effective mode of education and management to students in the school - enterprise cooperation.
