摘要
分析了我国石化产业面临的现状,提出只有全力以赴发展低碳经济,集中精力研发新技术、新工艺,下决心、淘汰落后工艺和装备,我国的石化产业才能突破各种绿色壁垒,实现健康有序协调发展。
