摘要
天然气水合物浆体管道输送工艺是近年来研究开发的一项极具应用前景的天然气输送技术,在发挥管道输送独特优势的同时,借助水合物储气高密度的特性,使管输能力得到进一步提高。天然气水合物浆体在管道中流动时存在能量耗散,导致沿程压力的降低,即产生阻力损失。鉴于浆体管道设计、动力设备选型等方面的考虑,对浆体管道的阻力特性进行了分析,讨论了固体物料特性、浆体特性、管道特性等诸因素对其产生的影响。介绍了浆体管道摩阻损失的计算方法与思想,结合实例给出了计算步骤与结果。
The natural gas hydrate(NGH)slurry pipeline transportation technology,which has researched and developed in recent years,is a promising gas transmission technology. It not only gives play to the advantage of pipeline,but also further improves the pipeline capacity by virtue of NGH’s high density for gas storage. Energy dissipates during NGH slurry flowing in the pipeline,resulting in the pressure drop along the pipeline,namely the generation of resistance loss. For the purpose of slurry pipeline design,power equipment selection and so on,the resistance characteristics of slurry pipeline were analyzed,and the influence of characteristics of solid material,slurry,and pipeline on the resistance characteristics was discussed. The calculation method for friction loss of slurry pipeline was introduced. At last , the computational solution was obtained by running calculation procedure with example.
