土曲霉M11菌丝球对结晶紫的吸附脱色研究 被引量:3

摘要 研究了土曲霉M11菌丝球对水溶液中结晶紫染料的生物吸附作用,考察了菌丝球的死活及培养方式、培养温度、溶液盐度、培养时间、染料溶液初始pH值和接种量对结晶紫脱色率的影响。结果表明,土曲霉M11的菌丝球在35℃1、50 r.min-1振荡培养方式下脱色效果较好,灭活菌丝球脱色效果更好,其24 h内对结晶紫脱色率均达90%以上;培养温度和接种量对菌丝球脱色效果影响不大;在初始pH值为6时,脱色效果最好,对结晶紫脱色率达93%以上。另外,较低的盐浓度对菌丝球脱色效果有一定抑制作用,而较高的盐浓度对结晶紫脱色效果无明显影响。 The effects of different culture methods,culture temperature, salinity, initial pH value as well as the inoculum amount on the decolorization of crystal violet(CV) solution by active and inactive mycelial pellets produced by a newly isolated Aspergillus terreus strain M11 were studied. The results showed that the decolorization rate of CV were above 90% when mycelial pellets were cultured at 35℃ and 150 r ·min^-1 for 6 h,and inactive pellets was more powerful than active pellets. The decolorization rate of CV with shaking culture was higher than that with standing culture. Culture temperature and initial pH value didn't have singnificant effects on decolorization rate, the decolorization rate of CV was above 93% when the initial pH value was 6. Moreover,low salinity could inhibit decolorization efficiency of mycelial pellets whereas high salinity Could promote it.
