网上购物的管理模型研究 被引量:4

摘要 近10年来,网上零售迅速发展,网上购物成为营销研究的热点之一。本文从顾客特征、购买行为、网络体验、网站因素、社会群体、产品因素6个方面归纳分析已有的实证研究成果,将其转化为13点管理启示,并在此基础上建立了网上购物的管理模型,以协助网上零售商深入理解消费者行为,有效提升业绩。
