摘要
瓦斯爆炸是煤炭生产行业亟待解决的重大安全问题,开展对其预防和控制的研究工作十分必要。基于多孔材料对可燃气体爆炸传播的火焰具有淬熄作用,对压力波具有抑制作用,提出将钢丝网—泡沫陶瓷—钢丝网3层复合结构用于阻隔瓦斯爆炸传播的新设想,为阻隔爆技术开拓新领域。
Gas explosion is an important security problem to be solved in the coal production industry, so it is very necessary to study its prevention and control. Based on the effects of porous materials quenching flame and restraining pressure wave of flammable gases explosion propagation, a new way is put forward that wire mesh - ceramic foam- wire mesh three - layer composite structure is used for suppressing gas explosion diffusion. It develops a new research field in techniques of explosion suppression.
