摘要
水资源是人类社会赖以生存、发展必不可少的物质基础,是干旱地区生态系统的关键生境要素。在分析白杨河流域概况及水资源特性的基础上,对区域水资源可利用量及生态耗水现状与生态需水预测进行了初步探讨。说明干旱区水资源的开发利用,应充分考虑区域生态用水的要求,杜绝盲目、掠夺式开发,使区域内自然生态系统得以休养生息。
The water resources characteristics of Baiyang river basin were analyzed,the water resources availability and the ecological water consumption in present situation and the forecast were carried on.It was explained that the arid area water resources use should consider fully the region ecological water use.
