摘要
采用热线法检测粮食的导热系数,在室温条件下,稻谷的导热系数值随物料的水分增加、温度上升而增加;当籼稻中优218在6.57%~20.08%水分范围内,导热系数的变化范围为0.0998~0.1223W/m·℃;当广东早籼在6.51~35.03℃温度范围内,导热系数的变化范围为0.0826~0.1166W/m·℃。稻谷品种不同,导热系数值不同;籼稻的导热系数大于粳稻的导热系数。
The hot-wire method was used to determine the thermal conductivity of grain. At room temperature, the thermal conductivity of paddy increased along with the increase of moisture content and temperature. The thermal conductivity of Indica rice Zhong You 218 varied from 0.0998 W/m ·℃ to 0. 1223 W/m·℃with the moisture content changing from 6.57 % to 20.08 %. And that of Guangdong early season indica rice varied between 0.0826 - 0.1166 W/m·℃ with its temperature changing from 6.51 to 35.03℃. Different paddy variety has different thermal conductivity. Thermal conductivity of indica rice is higher than that of japonica rice.
