摘要
在介绍团队概念的基础上,分析了团队的特点、构成要素及角色,并运用团队理论来指导教学团队的建设。提出了科学设定目标确定合理的成员结构、制定团队激励制度、制定有效的团队建设计划等教学团队的建设思路,并在我校"数控技术教学团队"中进行实践,取得很好效果,具有一定实际意义。
The article introduces the concept of team, analyzes its features, components, and roles, and applies team theory to instruct the construction of teaching team. It also brings forth some construction ideas such as setting up scientific goals, determining reasonable member structure, formulating encouragement system, and working out efficient team construction plan, which generates favorable effects in the practice of ＂numerical control technological teaching team＂, thus being of practical significance.
