骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折闭合复位经皮椎体成形术治疗96例围手术期护理

摘要 目的探讨闭合复位经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的方法。方法对我院96例骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折应用闭合复位经皮椎体成形术治疗的患者实施术前心理护理和体位训练、术后严密观察病情防止并发症的发生及术后康复指导等措施。结果本组96例患者症状明显缓解88例,症状减轻8例,无并发症发生,术后随访满意。结论加强术前术后护理,早期开展功能锻炼,做好出院指导是手术成功的保障。
