摘要
研究了微波加热水曲柳试件进行弯曲的工艺及其弯曲工艺参数与产品质量的关系。研究结果表明:该弯曲工艺可行;最佳工艺条件为木材含水率60%,微波加热功率400W,微波加热时间2.5min;该方法较传统生产方式的生产率明显提高。
The study was made on the technology of bending solid wood with microwave heating and the relationship between quality of products and parameters of bending technology The material of Manchurian ash used was vacuumized and treated with water before being heated and bent.The results showed: ①The technology of bending solid wood with microwave heating is feasible ;②The optimum technology parameters are heating time: 2. 5min; heating power: 400W ; moisture: 60% ; ③The method improved productivity distinctly as compared with traditional method.
